Germany complete a dramatic comeback to defeat Côte d’Ivoire 2-1 in a thrilling FIFA World Cup 2026 Group E encounter.

The Elephants stunned Germany in the first half when Franck Kessié fired them ahead in the 30th minute, while Germany saw two goals ruled out and squandered several chances. Côte d’Ivoire looked comfortable for long periods, but Germany’s persistence finally paid off when substitute Deniz Undav equalised in the 68th minute.
