Kuwait to launch AI-powered unified govt services platform by June 2026

In line with Kuwait’s accelerating digital transformation strategy, the Civil Service Bureau is preparing to launch the “Guide to Government Services and Procedures” platform, a comprehensive smart portal to document, unify, and streamline government procedures and public services through a modern digital framework.
According to informed sources, the platform is designed to enhance the efficiency of government operations while simplifying access to official information and services for citizens and residents. The initiative reflects the state’s broader efforts to modernize public administration and improve the quality of services delivered across government institutions.
Sources revealed the platform will rely extensively on artificial intelligence technologies to organize and manage procedural and service-related content.
The AI-powered system is expected to facilitate the entry, classification, and continuous updating of services by government entities, while significantly improving user experience through faster, clearer, and more accurate access to information.
The initiative also seeks to strengthen institutional integration among government agencies by unifying official procedures and service information within a single digital ecosystem.
Officials believe the project will enhance transparency, minimize inconsistencies in service delivery between ministries and departments, and support the government’s objective of raising operational standards across the public sector.
The sources explained that the Civil Service Bureau aims to complete the integration of services and procedures from participating government entities before the end of June 2026.
This timeline is intended to ensure the platform’s operational readiness and enable it to fulfill its primary objectives of simplifying procedures, improving customer experience, and facilitating easier access to government services.
Through the platform, citizens and residents will be able to identify available government services, learn the approved channels for obtaining them, understand the required procedures and documentation, and complete transactions more efficiently with the support of artificial intelligence tools.
Officials emphasized that the project forms part of a comprehensive government approach focused on supporting digital transformation, reducing bureaucratic complexity, and enhancing the overall user experience.
The initiative is also expected to play a significant role in advancing Kuwait’s digitization journey and modernizing government work mechanisms in line with international digital governance standards.
