Kuwait has intensified its diplomatic engagement in response to ongoing regional developments, reaffirming its commitment to supporting efforts aimed at strengthening both regional and international security and stability.
In this context, Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a series of high-level telephone discussions with key Gulf counterparts.
These included Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar; Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia; and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates.
The discussions focused on the latest developments across the region, ongoing diplomatic efforts to address them, and coordinated strategies to enhance security and stability at both the regional and global levels.
During his call with the UAE’s foreign minister, Sheikh Jarrah strongly condemned a reported terrorist plot aimed at undermining national unity and stability in the United Arab Emirates.
He reiterated Kuwait’s full solidarity with the UAE and expressed firm support for all measures taken to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and internal stability.
The outreach reflects Kuwait’s proactive diplomatic approach and its continued coordination with Gulf partners to navigate regional challenges and reinforce collective security frameworks.
