Kuwait, Italy leaders discuss strengthening bilateral ties at Greece summit
The representative of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait, received the Prime Minister of the friendly Republic of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, and her accompanying delegation on the sidelines of the first Euro-Gulf Geopolitical and Investment Summit held in Greece.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister received a written message addressed to His Highness the Amir from the Italian Prime Minister, focusing on the strong and distinguished bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
The discussions covered ways to further strengthen cooperation between Kuwait and Italy across various fields in a manner that serves the mutual interests of both nations and their peoples. The meeting also included an exchange of views on a number of regional and international issues of shared concern.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarraḥ Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and the Director-General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority, Sheikh Dr. Mishaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
