The Kuwait Fire Force conducted an inspection campaign on Tuesday in the Al-Ardiya Industrial Area, resulting in the administrative closure of 33 shops and establishments for violations. Authorities also issued 109 notices and 13 closure warnings to other businesses, Al Jarida newspaper reported.

The campaign was overseen by Acting Deputy Chief for Civil Protection, Brigadier Omar Boursali. He told KUNA that the inspections follow directives from First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah to step up inspections in order to safeguard lives and property and enhance community safety.
