Kuwait’s Ambassador to South Africa, Salem Al-Shalabi, chaired a meeting of ambassadors from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries accredited to South Africa at the Kuwaiti Embassy in Pretoria.
The meeting, held under Kuwait’s current presidency of the GCC, focused on following up on the implementation of directives issued by the GCC Supreme Council and Ministerial Council, according to a statement by the Kuwaiti Embassy, reports KUNA.
Participants discussed mechanisms for unifying efforts among GCC ambassadors in South Africa to advance the strategic goals and shared interests of the member states.
