Kuwait Armed Forces Intercept 4 Cruise Missiles, 21 Drones Following Iranian Attack
The Kuwait Armed Forces detected and intercepted four cruise missiles and 21 hostile drones that entered Kuwaiti airspace since dawn on Wednesday, the Ministry of Defense’s official spokesperson, Major General Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, said.
In a statement, Al-Otaibi said the recent Iranian aggression targeted several vital facilities across the country, causing material damage but no human casualties.
He affirmed that the armed forces continue to carry out their duties with efficiency under a state of continuous readiness and heightened preparedness to safeguard the country’s security and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.
