Kuwait Airways denied rumors that First Class or Business Class bookings were being converted to Economy Class, saying the claims are false and have no basis in reality.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the airline said that if changes to a passenger’s booking are required due to an operational circumstance, the situation will be handled in accordance with established procedures.
The airline called on customers to obtain information regarding their bookings and flights from the company’s official channels.
