Kuwait air defenses intercepting hostile missiles, drones
Sirens heard across the country
Kuwait’s air defense systems are currently intercepting hostile missiles and drones that breached the country’s airspace, Ministry of Defense Spokesman Colonel Staff Saud Al-Atwan said at around 4:10 am on Thursday.
In a brief statement, Col. Al-Atwan clarified that the explosions heard in parts of the country were the result of air defense operations.
He urged the public to follow safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
