KPC mandates electronic attendance tracking for subsidiaries

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) has issued a directive to all its subsidiary companies, mandating the implementation of an electronic attendance tracking system for all employees within Kuwait.

In a circular issued by KPC CEO Nawaf Al-Saud, he emphasized the importance of adhering to the decision made by the KPC Board of Directors, which was in line with directives from the Council of Ministers.

According to reports by Al-Rai newspaper, the decision stipulates that all KPC subsidiaries must ensure that their employees are using electronic means to record their attendance and departure times.

Al-Saud has requested that the subsidiary companies submit their proposed implementation plans for the electronic attendance tracking system. These plans will be reviewed and approved by the KPC CEO before being put into effect.
