‘Khaitan Security Campaign’ results in arrests of 2,511 violators
The Ministry of Interior conducted a comprehensive ‘Traffic Security Campaign’ in the Khaitan area, under the supervision of, The Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, H. E. Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef.
As a collective measure, several field sectors participated in the campaign, including the General Traffic Department, the General Department of Emergency Police, the Public Security Sector, and the Special Security Forces, with notable contributions from the female police as well.
The campaign led to the issuance of 2,511 traffic violations, the arrest of 19 individuals violating residency and work laws, 5 wanted persons accused of absconding, and one person without identification.
Additionally, 13 wanted vehicles were seized, 8 individuals with arrest warrants were apprehended, and 1 person was arrested in an abnormal condition.
Considering safety and security as first priority, the Interior Ministry emphasized that these campaigns are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance security and order across the country. It reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its plan to arrest violators and wanted individuals, aiming to ensure public security and safety.
