Interior Ministry to review cash allowances

Saturday, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Acting Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, announced that the Interior and Defense Ministries will establish their sectors by the end of March.

Speaking to reporters during his inspection of a security checkpoint set up on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street for the country’s national holiday celebrations, Al-Yousef stated that a review of cash allowances and other financial matters will follow once the organizational structure is finalized, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Highlighting his understanding of the disparities in workload among sectors, Al-Yousef emphasized the need for fair compensation, stating that equal allowances for unequal workloads would be unjust and could lead to migration of personnel.
