“Interior Ministry” to impound vehicles causing disturbing noises for 60 days

As part of its continuous efforts to uphold public safety and enforce traffic regulations, the Ministry of Interior, through the General Traffic Department, has affirmed its commitment to taking strict action against vehicles that fail to meet safety and durability standards or produce excessive noise.

The Ministry has emphasized that any vehicle found in violation will be impounded for 60 days at the traffic impoundment garage, and legal actions will be taken against the driver. They stressed the importance of strictly enforcing the law to ensure the safety of road users and to address negative behaviors that impact the well-being of the community.

Importantly, the Ministry of Interior has urged all drivers to comply with traffic laws and regulations, highlighting that security services are maintaining rigorous traffic campaigns to apprehend violators and take appropriate legal action against them.
