“Housing Minister” inspects progress of key housing care projects in the country’s south

The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Abdullatif Al-Mishari, inspected a number of housing care projects in the south of the country, in addition to housing care in Sabah Al-Salem area.

The Public Institution for Housing Care said that during the Minister’s tour of the Sabah Al-Salem Housing Care Complex, in the presence of; Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governor, Sheikh Sabah Bader Al-Sabah; Head of the Women’s Housing Affairs Team, Sheikha Bibi Yousef Al-Sabah; Director General of the Institution, Eng. Rashid Al-Enezi, along with its leaders, the volume of services provided to its residents was reviewed, some of its special observations were noted, and all measures were taken to remove any violations, if any.

The Foundation indicated that the Minister of Housing inspected the vertical housing project in the investment suburb of Sabah Al-Ahmad Residential City, which includes 60 buildings and 1,110 apartments.
Furthermore, The Housing Minister, Al-Mishari, was briefed on the extent of the achievement, finishing, and readiness of the project and the start of its allocation to housing care categories.

In addition, The Minister also toured the South Sabah Al-Ahmad project and witnessed the progress rate in completing the site works, meant for the components of the infrastructure contracts in a number of the project’s suburbs, which are witnessing progress over the timetable, as the actual completion rate reached 34.6% until the current month of October.

The Foundation continued stating that Al-Mishari toured the project components and reviewed the extent of the implementation of infrastructure works, praising about the Foundation’s work, team, and the specialists supervising the infrastructure contracts, stressing about the work and cooperation in overcoming any obstacles that may face the implementation works.
