Highway maintenance overhaul in 18 areas of Kuwait approved
Last week, the Ministry of Works sought the help of Central Agency for Public Tenders to address contractor bid issues in road repairs.
The Central Agency for Public Tenders at the Ministry of Works has approved addressing the deficiencies in road maintenance tenders for contractors involved in the essential upkeep of highways and roads in eighteen provincial areas. This decision aligns with Article 40 of the Public Tenders Law No. 49 of 2016, as reported by Al Rai newspaper.
This confirms Al-Rai’s report that the Ministry of Works last week approached the Central Agency for Public Tenders to address the shortcomings in bids from contractors involved in comprehensive road maintenance practices.
