
The Ministry of Health has announced the opening of the new headquarters of the Radiation Protection Department at the old Farwaniya Hospital building, and has begun receiving visitors and provide related services.
The move reflects the ministry’s commitment to developing the work environment and enhancing institutional performance.
The ministry explained that the relocation aligns with its strategic vision to improve service efficiency and elevate the quality of procedures.
The new headquarters provides modern workspaces and advanced equipment designed to speed up transaction processing, strengthen coordination, and ensure the application of best practices in service delivery, reports Al-Rai daily.
Director of the Radiation Protection Department, Dr. Nasser Al-Juwaisseri, said the department is dedicated to the continuous development of its services.
He emphasized the efforts are ongoing to simplify procedures, accelerate service completion, and deliver a flexible and high-quality service experience, in line with the Ministry of Health’s directives to enhance beneficiary satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of safety and radiation protection.
