Hawalli Governor inspects asphalt paving progress in Jabriya

As part of his ongoing oversight of infrastructure development in the governorate, the Hawalli Governor Ali Al-Asfar went on an inspection tour of Block 10 in Jabriya to assess the progress of asphalt paving works.
Accompanied by Eng. Abdulhadi Al-Rashidi, Director of the Hawalli Maintenance Department for Roads and Networks; Eng. Hussein Al-Saleh, supervising engineer; Ali Al-Duwaihees, site supervisor; Adkar Arab, CEO of Al-Tadd Al-Akhdar Company; and Eng. Muhammad Al-Muhaisen, the project manager—Governor Al-Asfar reviewed multiple work sites and implementation phases, reports Al-Rai daily.
During the visit, technical teams briefed the Governor on the workflow, progress stages, and the steps being taken to ensure timely and quality completion of the paving operations.
Governor Al-Asfar stressed the importance of strict adherence to quality and safety standards, avoiding delays, and maintaining traffic safety throughout the project. He reaffirmed the Governorate’s commitment to delivering optimal services and providing a safe and efficient infrastructure for both citizens and residents.
He extended his gratitude to all project personnel, commending their dedication and urging continued efforts to realize the objectives of sustainable development and national progress.
