GoScore Learning expanding to three locations across Kuwait

The company has achieved great success in Abbasiya, Kuwait, and is now moving forward with 2024 plans to establish new learning centers in Salmiya and Fahaheel

  • GoScore Learning plans to grow from 300 to 500 students with expansions. Their online program has reached over 2500 students in the Middle East.

  • GoScore Learning has curated the best team of qualified teachers, all of whom are postgraduates with relevant teaching degrees and exceptional experience in the CBSE curriculum.

GoScore Learning emerged from the founders’ vision to disrupt the conventional EdTech industry. Instead of aggressive sales and marketing, GoScore prioritizes the needs of the students.

Amal Haridas, the firm’s CEO, along with its distinguished founders, has been striving to usher in a new era of education in Kuwait and throughout the Middle East in the coming years. The founders collaborate with the firm to craft the most unique and effective solutions for the EdTech industry.

The past year has seen continuous efforts to introduce an EdTech product that advocates for educational democracy, a motto that GoScore Learning embraces. Education should not be a luxury but rather an affordable necessity to forge strong foundations for the future.

How did GoScore start?

The first step into Kuwait began with a “Book Donation Campaign,” a novel idea from management to launch the business’s operations and visibility by sharing knowledge.

GoScore Learning’s team made efforts to visit homes and collect various books, including academic, fiction, and non-fiction. The collected books were stored at GoScore Learning’s center, leading to many parents and children visiting and forming long-term associations.

GoScore Learning is forever grateful to its first batch of students and their parents for trusting them based on the quality of the teachers and the management as a whole.

To gain additional visibility beyond word of mouth and recommendations, GoScore Learning promoted its brand at various events such as Scientia and events hosted by cultural organizations in Kuwait.

At Scientia, GoScore Learning was the title sponsor and wholeheartedly aligned with the NEP 2020 proposed by Dr. K. Kasturirangan. NEP 2020 focuses on revamping the education system to be holistic and better prepare children for what the world has to offer.

How does GoScore stand out?

As previously mentioned, GoScore Learning boasts the best management team with extensive experience in the EdTech industry. The team prioritizes children and their learning progress, ensuring they remain at the forefront of attention.

To ensure this, the institution maintains a class batch size of just 15 students. This smaller size helps ensure that students receive the attention they often lack in larger school settings.

GoScore Learning designs classes to promote each student’s individual development, aligning them with the newly created NEP 2020.

Along with structured classes, they also provide imminent support in terms of career counseling, exam guidance, case study-based academic rendering, live sessions of scientific experiments with teachers, and more.

They also ensure children excel in their co-curricular activities. Teachers occasionally organize football tournaments to help develop motor skills and teach the nuances of failure and success. A public speaking session held at their previous summer camp attracted a large turnout of students from all over Kuwait.

The team

GoScore Learning has curated the best team of qualified teachers, all of whom are postgraduates with relevant teaching degrees and exceptional experience in the CBSE curriculum.

The youthful energy within the team fosters strong rapport with students, reducing classroom intimidation. Parents have praised the tutors’ flexibility, making it the most student-friendly and stress-free tuition center in Kuwait.

Each quarter concludes with personalized visits from student counselors to each child’s home, ensuring they have necessary support and guiding parents to aid their children’s academic growth.

Additionally, each student is assigned a mentor teacher to ensure individual attention in class, reducing their stress levels.

Accomplished goals of 2024

GoScore Learning has achieved great success in Abbasiya, Kuwait, and is now moving forward with 2024 plans to establish new learning centers in Salmiya and Fahaheel. They aim to expand their student community from 300 to 500 students with these expansions. Their online subscription program, Score On, has been crucial in reaching a vast student base, with over 2500 students across the Middle East.

An exciting part of the expansion strategy is the introduction of JEE and NEET offline coaching services in Kuwait, catering to diverse student needs. This initiative aims to empower aspiring students in their academic journey, helping them excel in medical and engineering competitive exams.

With these achievements, GoScore Learning stands as a beacon of innovation and educational excellence in the Middle East, poised to continue its upward trajectory in the years to come.
