Foreign schools mandated to have classes for non-Arabic speakers

The Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Special and Specific Education at the Ministry of Education, Mansour Al-Dhafiri, issued a special bulletin for all schools with either foreign, bilingual and other systems, regarding the allocation of classes for non-Arabic speakers, provided that registration is within four weeks of the start of the school year only.

As reported by the Arabic daily Al Rai, Al-Dhafiri specified the conditions for accepting students in these classes, the most important being that the student must be a foreigner with a civil id card and a foreign passport, in addition to students who are children of diplomats.
