Foreign Minister meets his Turkish counterpart in Ankara
Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met on Monday with his Turkish counterpart, Dr. Hakan Fidan.
This meeting took place during Sheikh Jarrah’s visit to the Turkish capital, Ankara, to head the Kuwaiti delegation participating in the ministerial meeting of the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI) and NATO member states, scheduled to be held on the sidelines of the NATO summit.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that the meeting addressed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to develop and strengthen them in various fields. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments.
