Firefighting teams contain blaze at Ahmadi Industrial site

Firefighting teams from the Ahmadi, Fahaheel, Mina Abdullah, Hazardous Materials and Support centers, along with the Kuwait Oil Company fire units, brought a blaze under control at an industrial site in the Ahmadi Industrial Area on Saturday evening.

The fire broke out in several tanks containing highly flammable materials. Operations were carried out under the supervision of the Chief of the Kuwait Fire Force, Major General Talal Al-Roumi.

The teams managed to contain the fire without any reported injuries. The Ministry of Interior, Emergency Medical Services and the Ministry of Public Works also took part in securing the area, organizing traffic and implementing necessary safety measures.
