Dr Al-Huwailah advancing digital family services in partnership with Microsoft

Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah, reaffirmed on Sunday that the ministry is committed to enhancing the council’s digital services in key areas, including psychological and social counseling and protection from domestic violence.
Her remarks came during a meeting she chaired to review progress on the Council’s service development project and the launch of its new website, which is being created in collaboration with Microsoft.
The platform aims to deliver integrated services through an advanced, user-friendly digital environment, reports Al-Rai daily.
During the meeting, Dr Al-Huwailah discussed the roadmap for launching the website, addressing technical and organizational preparations to ensure the platform’s readiness.
She stressed the importance of enabling beneficiaries to access services efficiently and highlighted the Council’s ongoing efforts to modernize its work systems in accordance with local legislation and international agreements.
