Delivery worker stabbed; suspect on the run

An unidentified assailant attempted to kill a delivery worker, stabbing him multiple times before fleeing the scene. A security source stated that the worker was delivering a meal to a customer when the attack occurred.

After handing over the meal, the customer allegedly stabbed the worker several times without any apparent reason and fled the scene, leaving the worker in a pool of blood by the roadside.

Security forces have traced the customer’s information through the restaurant, and a case of “attempted murder and forced theft” has been filed against him.

Investigations are ongoing to locate the suspect and refer him to the Public Prosecution. The worker has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the Farwaniya Hospital.
