Decrees issued to transfer oversight of PACI, CAS, SPC, MCI, PAAAFR to ministries

Several decrees have been issued, among them Text No. 23 of 2024, which associates the Public Authority for Civil Information with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs.

Decree No. 20 entails the transfer of oversight over the Central Administration of Statistics (CAS), while No. 21 transfers supervision over the General Secretariat of the Supreme Planning Council (SPC) and Development to the Minister of Commerce and Industry (MCI).

Additionally, Decree No. 22 of 2024 shifts supervision of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources to the Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs.
