Dalal Al-Mulla Legal Group showcases aviation and commercial regulatory expertise at Riyadh’s “Sand & Fun” Airshow

Dalal Al-Mulla Legal Group took part in the “Sand & Fun” Airshow, the first comprehensive event for general and recreational aviation in Saudi Arabia, inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman, and attended by senior Air Force officials, aviation decision-makers, and specialized global aerospace companies.

Founder and CEO of the Group, Attorney Dalal Al-Mulla, stated that the Kuwait-based firm’s participation comes as part of its strategic expansion in the regional aviation sector, presenting specialized legal services in civil aviation law, private and light aircraft licensing, recreational aviation regulation, commercial aviation-related legislation, operational governance, and regulatory compliance.

She noted that the Group’s pavilion welcomed military and civilian delegations, along with international and local companies, where ongoing legal cooperation projects in both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia were presented, in addition to discussions on future partnerships at a time when the aviation sector in the Gulf is witnessing rapid growth and major regulatory transformation.

Al-Mulla emphasized that participation in the event came at a pivotal moment for the industry, saying:
“Being present at an event of this scale and with this caliber of participants is not simply ceremonial— it is a reaffirmation of our commitment to building a robust legal ecosystem that supports aviation in the Gulf region, particularly amid the accelerated transformation we are witnessing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

She further highlighted the Group’s work to develop collaborative frameworks aligned with global standards and compatible with the evolving vision for aviation, whether in operation, ownership, licensing, or the resolution of commercial and technical disputes.

Al-Mulla added that the legal environment surrounding aviation has become a core component of the industry’s development, noting that success in modern aviation relies not only on technology, but also on an advanced legal framework that ensures safe and sustainable growth. She stressed that the Group focuses on providing specialized legal advisory services that support investors, operators, and regulators simultaneously — fostering a business climate aligned with both Saudi Vision and Kuwait’s ambitions in advancing civil and recreational aviation.

She affirmed that the presence of Dalal Al-Mulla Legal Group at “Sand & Fun” reinforces the growing role of Kuwaiti legal firms in regional industry forums and opens new avenues for collaboration between the legal and aviation sectors across the Gulf.
