Customs officers at T4 seize 9.6 kilos of synthetic drug soaked in A4 papers

Kuwait Customs officers at Terminal 4 of Kuwait International Airport have foiled an attempt by an unidentified passenger arriving from Europe to smuggle 9.6 kilograms of the synthetic drug known as “chemical”, saturated in 1,197 A4-sized sheets of paper.
The General Administration of Customs said inspectors became suspicious during a routine inspection and conducted a thorough search of the passenger’s belongings. The unusual concealment method involved impregnating the narcotic into ordinary-looking sheets of paper, allowing the substance to be transported in a form that could be difficult to identify through a conventional visual inspection.
