Cuba congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days

On the occasion of the 63rd National Day and 33rd Liberation Day, it is my honor to convey on behalf of my people, my Government and myself, a warmly congratulations and best wishes of health, wisdown, prosperity, peace and glory to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al Salem Al Sabah, Prime Minister, the Government and the entire friendly people of Kuwait.    

The Republic of Cuba, whose historical relations of friendship and cooperation with the State of Kuwait are well known, is proud to join the Kuwaiti people and Government in its blessed celebrations. I am confident that the existing bonds of friendship and good cooperation will be further enhanced for the mutual benefits of our two countries.
