Court of Appeal adjudicates 6,355 cases during June
The Supreme Judicial Council stated that the Court of Appeal, across its various divisions, adjudicated 6,355 appeals during the month of June, achieving a resolution rate of 134%.
In a press release, the Council indicated that statistics issued by the Court of Appeal showed that the appeals adjudicated during June were distributed as follows: 4,477 appeals in the morning divisions, 679 appeals in the criminal divisions, and 1,199 appeals in the evening divisions.
The statistics also noted that the number of new appeals registered with the Court of Appeal reached 4,752.
