On Sunday, the Constitutional Court finalized the acceptance of electoral appeals, meeting the legal deadline for submissions. They then scheduled a session for the 24th of this month to review 13 such appeals.
The Constitutional Court closed the door for electoral appeals after receiving only 13 appeals. These included two appeals: one requesting the invalidity of the electoral process due to the invalidity of the necessity decree under which it was conducted, and another appealing the invalidity of the candidacy of a representative.
Additionally, there were appeals regarding errors in vote collection and the vote of children of naturalized citizens.
