Ministry of Interior adopts dual shifts to receive residency violators
The morning session will accommodate individuals seeking status changes, while the evening session will cater to violators with updated travel documents departing Kuwait.

Violators wishing to leave Kuwait and possessing valid passports, registered in the Ministry of Interior systems, do not need to be reviewed by the administration.
The Ministry of Interior has announced reception dates for residency law violators, starting today, Sunday, April 21, to facilitate their departure or status amendment in the country.
In a press statement, the ministry explained that the reception will occur in two periods. The morning period, during official working hours, will receive those wishing to amend their status in the country by visiting the Department of Residence Affairs in their respective governorates.
The evening period, from 3 pm to 8 pm, will receive violators who wish to leave the country and have new passports or travel documents. They will be registered in the computer system at the Residency Affairs Departments of Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Farwaniya Governorates.
The ministry noted that violators wishing to leave the country and possessing valid passports, registered in the Ministry of Interior systems, do not need to be reviewed by the administration.
