Citizen Service Department, achieves 43,065 transactions in March

The General Organization for Housing Welfare, represented by the Citizen Service Department, completed 43,065 transactions in March. These included 186 new housing applications, along with 117 allocation transactions.
The organization’s statistics indicate that the Citizen Service Department opened 45 new files related to rented housing in the same month.
The Reception Department processed 169 rental allowance transactions, in addition to 63 “To Whom It May Concern” certificates.
The telephone customer service in the Communications Department received 1,819 direct calls from citizens and responded to 17,111 inquiries to the GATT Bot service.
The Statistical Department of the Follow-up Department also submitted 53 petitions to the institution, representing the Applications and Allocation Sector and the Distribution and Documentation Sector.
It is worth noting that the total number of transactions submitted through the website reached 23, while the number of services completed through the ‘Sahel’ application reached 22,921.
