Citizen detained for planning terrorist acts

The Public Prosecution has ordered the detention of a citizen accused of joining a banned organization and planning terrorist activities within the country.

According to the Public Prosecution, the defendant actively promoted the banned organization on social media platforms by sharing its audio and video recordings. The defendant also acquired knowledge of explosives manufacturing and encouraged other suspects to learn the same skill with the intention of targeting US military camps.

The Public Prosecution interrogated the defendant and presented the charges against him. The defendant confessed to the accusations. Orders have been issued by the prosecution to apprehend other suspects involved in the case. Investigations are ongoing to uncover the full extent of the alleged conspiracy.
