Chefs collaborate for food pack distribution this Holy Month of Ramadan

Chefs Movement Middle East (CMME) spearheaded by Master Chef Mark Anthony Belleza preparedand distributed two hundred food packs to the public in the Old Souk, Salmiya.

Food brands Chef B’s Cuisine, YAS Kitchen, Mhy’s Delicacies, Kusina ni Pilang and D&J’s were among home based food entrepreneurs which collaborated with CMME in observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

“We have prepared and distributed food packs to the public in solidarity with our Muslim brothers and sisters,  our way of sharing back to the community for patronizing our products”. Chef Beth Osorio of Chef B’s Cuisine said in a statement.

Nationals from different countries were given food packs an hour before “Futoor” (Break of fast) and expressed their appreciation to the chefs who personally handed out the food packs. “Passion of the Chefs were evident as we all have prepared and packed rice meals which included Chicken Picata, Chicken Katsu and Beef Platter with water, juice, oranges, candies and dates on the side” Master Chef Belleza commented. Some volunteers have also provided assistance to the chefs in support to their charity project.

They have been invited to showcase and sample their products in many events and charitable exhibitions in Kuwait.
