Central recruitment cancellation at Civil Service Bureau debunked

Source states that the Civil Service Board has not issued any decision requiring job seekers to register through the ministries.

Sources informed Al-Anbaa newspaper that there is no validity in transferring central recruitment authority from the Civil Service Bureau to ministries, government agencies, and institutions. They stressed that the Civil Service Board has not issued any decision requiring job seekers to register through the ministries.

In response to a question regarding the announcement of job registrations by a ministry, sources clarified that the Civil Service Council’s decision and its amendments do not mandate ministries to make such announcements. Rather, the mandate is for attached and independent agencies, agencies with private cadres, and government companies to publish general employment advertisements as needed, promoting transparency and equal opportunities among citizens.

Addressing reports of government agencies rejecting candidates from the Civil Service Bureau, sources refuted these claims. They emphasized that the bureau only nominates citizens based on actual functional needs within ministries or entities, ensuring citizens with suitable specializations are selected accordingly.
