Cassation Prosecution rejects all appeals of 2024 election candidates

In its memorandum submitted to the court, the Cassation Prosecution requested the rejection of all appeals made by candidates for the 2024 National Assembly elections who were removed from the nomination lists.

The Court of Cassation had scheduled on Wednesday, to consider the cases of the removal of Marzouq Al-Khalifa, Ahmed Moti’, Jaber Al-Muhailbi, and Marzouq Al-Habini from the lists of candidates.
