Brazil Rally Past Japan 2-1 to Reach the Last 16

Gabriel Martinelli fires Brazil in front in the 95th minute, sending the Brazilian fans into wild celebrations. After trailing for much of the contest, Brazil have turned the match on its head with two second-half goals.

Casemiro started the comeback before Martinelli delivered the decisive blow in stoppage time. Japan’s brave resistance is finally broken, and Brazil are now just moments away from booking their place in the Round of 16.
