Albania congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days

On the occasion of National Day and Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait, I am pleased to extend, on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Albania and on my behalf, sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah, to State of Kuwait and to all Kuwaiti citizens.

I trust that the friendship between our two countries will continue to foster the strengthening and expanding of bilateral cooperation. I also take this opportunity to express confidence that we will continue to develop and strengthen friendly ties and cooperation between our two Countries in all fields of joint interest.

Allow me to express my sincere praise to the Government of Kuwait and people of Kuwait for astounding achievements, and wholeheartedly wish the beautiful country, Kuwait continued peace and prosperity.
