Al-Fahad defense expenses case referred to experts department
The Ministers’ Court has decided to refer the case involving Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahad and his office director, concerning the Ministry of Defense secret expenses, to the Experts Department for further review.
During the court proceedings, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahad and his office manager deposited a cheque covering the amount they are accused of embezzling, requesting that it be transferred to the Execution Department, reports Al-Rai daily.
The case relates to alleged financial violations connected to confidential expenditures at the Ministry of Defense and remains under judicial examination pending the experts’ assessment.
