2 slow lanes on Sixth Ring Road to close for 3 days
The Ministry of Public Works, in cooperation with the General Traffic Department, will close two slow lanes on the Sixth Ring Road toward Jahra, from opposite the Martyrs Area to Mall 360.
The bridge exit for motorists coming from the Martyrs Area toward the Sixth Ring Road in the Jahra direction will also be closed. Motorists will be diverted to the service road, with access to the Sixth Ring Road through the Mall 360 exit.
The closures will begin at midnight on Friday, September 4, 2026, and continue until 5 a.m. on Sunday, September 6, to allow major asphalt maintenance works.
