Applicants must provide a no-criminal-record certificate, have a clean employment record free of administrative penalties, and possess the academic qualifications and professional experience needed to meet the requirements of working with gifted students in a specialized educational environment.
The Ministry said applicants will take an entrance examination and a personal interview, with final selections made through a competitive process aimed at recruiting the most qualified candidates to support gifted students and achieve the project’s objectives.
Applications are being submitted electronically through the “Mawhoob” platform from August 23 to 30, with applicants required to complete the relevant information and attach the specified documents in accordance with the application guidelines.
The Ministry emphasized its commitment to attracting qualified educational, administrative and technical personnel to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity, innovation and excellence. Applications are open to qualified personnel from all educational districts in the State of Kuwait.
