Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant General Sheikh Salem Al-Nawaf, emphasized the importance of collective efforts to reduce traffic accidents, particularly those caused by motorists using mobile phones while driving, which leads to significant loss of life.

Speaking during the opening of the 37th Unified Gulf Traffic Week, held under the slogan “Driving without a phone,” Lieutenant General Al-Nawaf highlighted the societal role played by companies, private entities, and the media in supporting these events and transmitting their activities.
