Indian Consular Application Centres in Kuwait to Resume Services from July 23

The Embassy of India in Kuwait has announced that Indian consular, passport, visa and attestation services will resume through three Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) from Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The centres, operated by DU Digital Global, will provide consular services to applicants across Kuwait following the prescribed procedures.

The three ICACs will operate daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Kuwait City ICAC

Al Jawhara Tower, 1st Floor, Qibla, Block 11, Plot 11, Salem Al Mubarak Street, Kuwait City.

Fahaheel ICAC

Sama Mall, 3rd Floor, Unit 55, Plot No. 21, Fahaheel.

Dajeej ICAC

Waha Mall, Ground Floor, Units 37 & 38, Al Dajeej.

The Embassy said applicants can access the services through walk-in visits or by booking appointments online. Those choosing online appointments have been advised to carefully select the required service category while submitting their requests.

Along with the prescribed consular, passport and visa fees set by the Government of India, DU Digital Global will charge a service fee of KD 6 per application or service.

The service charge will cover additional facilities, including assistance with application forms, photography, document typing, domestic courier services, printing and photocopying.

The Embassy has also issued a detailed schedule of government fees and service charges of its notification for applicants’ reference.
