UNHCR congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days

I congratulate Kuwait, for its renowned development and humanity, the catalyst of peace and giving, on its glorious national and liberation days. To its respected government and people, I reiterate the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees appreciation of the strategic humanitarian partnership with the government of the State of Kuwait under its new leadership represented by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the nations assertive humanitarian approach, which contributed to helping millions of refugees, displaced people and host communities around the world.

We wish the state of Kuwait, the pearl of the Gulf, continuous prosperity, security and  development.
