IMA Weekend Islamic School (IMAWIS) announces the successful organization of an educational tour for its students, which took place on February 8 at the Kuwait National Museum and the Americani Cultural Center Kuwait.

With gratitude to Allah, the tour was immensely successful, offering an enriching experience for the students. They not only gained valuable insights into the art and rich history of Kuwait but also fostered a deeper appreciation for the cultural heritage of the region.

The tour was a captivating expedition, offering students a unique opportunity to delve into the rich tapestry of Kuwait’s cultural heritage. The primary objective of the educational tour was to enhance students’ understanding of history, art, and culture by immersing them in the exhibits and collections housed at the Kuwait National Museum and the Americani Cultural Center.

The documentaries screened at the Americani Cultural Center offered students a captivating exploration of various periods in Kuwait’s history. From meticulously curated exhibits featuring ancient artifacts to modern historical milestones, the museum provided a chronological journey that profoundly deepened students’ appreciation for the past.

IMAWIS utilized the Parent-Teacher relationship method to enhance children’s learning in the online environment, yielding positive outcomes. The Islamic knowledge, dedication, and expertise of our pious and professional teachers play a pivotal role in shaping students as torchbearers for future generations.

At IMAWIS, subjects such as Imaniyat, Seerah, Hifdh, Tafseer, Duas, Stories of Sahabah, and the Urdu Language are being taught. Learning these subjects with teachers who have in-depth knowledge and profound insights in Islamic theology is a truly inspiring experience for the students.

The new academic year (2024-2025) commences in April 2024, and admissions are now open for interested individuals. IMAWIS provides a brilliant online platform for Islamic studies tailored for boys and girls aged 5-14. Parents who are interested are kindly requested to enroll their children by registering at www.imakuwait.org/school.
