Al-Yousef praises dedication of Interior Ministry staff on Arab Police Day

Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef affirmed that the men and women of the Ministry of Interior represent an honorable model in carrying out their security duties, forming a solid shield that protects the homeland and preserves its security and stability with a high sense of responsibility, discipline, and dedication.
In a speech marking Arab Police Day, observed annually on December 18, Sheikh Fahd said that members of the security forces are the first line of defense for law and order and the guardians of society.
He added, they carry out their security and humanitarian duties with unwavering commitment, guided by the directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and with the continuous follow-up and support of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled.
He described the occasion as an opportunity to express pride and appreciation for the efforts of the Ministry of Interior’s personnel and the ongoing sacrifices they make across various field and administrative sectors. He stressed that the ministry takes pride in all its members, values their discipline and commitment, and recognizes their tireless service to the nation and society.
Sheikh Fahd added that security personnel have consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence in shouldering responsibilities and confronting security challenges.
Their sincere efforts, he said, have played a key role in strengthening security and reinforcing public reassurance, with their daily sacrifices serving as a message of safety and confidence for citizens and residents alike.
He further emphasized that the Ministry of Interior places great importance on developing institutional work and enhancing operational efficiency across all sectors by updating procedures, improving performance, and adopting modern technological solutions.
These efforts, he noted, aim to better support ministry staff and enable them to perform their duties more efficiently and effectively.
Concluding his remarks, Sheikh Fahd expressed his deep appreciation to all members of the Ministry of Interior, both men and women, commending their role in promoting a culture of security and reinforcing respect for the rule of law.
He affirmed that the ministry will continue to support its personnel and take pride in their contributions to the nation’s security and stability.
