Kuwait, Saudi Arabia strengthen security cooperation

The Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Ali Al-Adwani, met today (Wednesday) with Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, Supervisor of the Civil Status Agency at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior, along with his accompanying delegation.
The visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to deepen cooperation and enhance the exchange of expertise between both nations.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed several shared security interests, reviewed areas of existing cooperation, and explored opportunities to expand the exchange of administrative and technical expertise, reports Al-Rai daily.
They also examined best practices related to service procedures and systems provided to citizens, with the goal of improving the overall security framework, boosting operational efficiency, and elevating the quality of services offered.
The Ministry of Interior reaffirmed Kuwait’s commitment to strengthening coordination with its counterparts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through continued visits, technical meetings, and the activation of joint Gulf cooperation mechanisms.
These ongoing efforts aim to bolster security and stability in both countries while supporting initiatives to develop work systems, unify procedures, and serve mutual interests.
