Dasman Diabetes Institute (DDI), founded by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS), recently organized a mobile clinic outreach activity at Al Shifa Bint Ouf School, a girls’ school located in Salwa.
The outreach was carried out using DDI’s mobile diabetes clinic and held in conjunction with the Science Bus initiative by KFAS.
During the visit, DDI’s medical team provided on-site health screenings, including blood glucose measurements and vital sign assessments, as part of the Institute’s ongoing efforts to promote early detection and prevention of diabetes and related health complications.
This initiative reflects DDI’s commitment to spreading health awareness and reaching different segments of the community through its mobile clinic program.
