. . . mechanism limits human interference in transfer procedures, ensuring fairness and stability in the educational process.

In line with directives from Minister of Education Eng. Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabaei and the ongoing educational reform agenda, the Ministry of Education has announced the implementation of an electronic transfer system for the teaching staff.

The initiative aims to enhance transparency, promote digital transformation, and ensure fair allocation of educators across schools.

According to the Ministry, transfers are based on actual school needs and available vacancies in educational districts, in line with approved regulations and standards.

The decisions regarding supervisory positions will be issued later, following completion of relevant procedures.

Teachers whose transfer requests have been approved will be notified via the government application “Sahel.”

The notification will direct them to the Ministry’s website under “Administrative Services – My Data – Transfer Data” or to the “My Decisions” section in the Ministry’s application to access the transfer decision in PDF format.

The Ministry stressed that the new mechanism limits human interference in transfer procedures, ensuring fairness and stability in the educational process. It also called on teaching staff to follow official communication channels for updates on transfers and other faculty-related matters.
