KFAED hosts participants in API training program
The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development hosted participants of the training program conducted by the Arab Planning Institute.
The program aimed to familiarize them with the Fund’s operations, and an introductory lecture was held at the Fund’s headquarters, reports Al-Jarida daily.
During the session, Thamer Al-Failakawi, the Operations Department Supervisor for West African Affairs, highlighted the Fund’s accomplishments in development and humanitarian aid across 105 countries globally.
Salem Al-Qallaf, the Supervisor of the Banking Administration for Loan Drawings activity, provided insights into managing loans, grants, and technical aid extended to countries, international, and regional institutions.
The discussion covered various development sectors, such as transportation, agriculture, communications, industry, water, sanitation, energy, and the social sector.
