Joyful reunions at Kuwait Airport as pilgrims return from Hajj

The arrivals hall at Kuwait Airport witnessed an emotional and celebratory atmosphere over the past two days as returning Kuwaiti pilgrims were warmly welcomed by family and loved ones after completing their Hajj rituals.

Pilgrims expressed profound gratitude and joy for having fulfilled this sacred duty with ease, praising both the Kuwaiti Hajj missions and the exceptional organization by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Director General of Civil Aviation Duaij Al-Otaibi lauded the successful plan implemented by airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely arrivals, acknowledging the cooperation of Saudi authorities and the Ministry of Interior, reports Al-Rai daily.

Director of Operations Mansour Al-Hashemi emphasized that a comprehensive operational plan was in place, including quick processing and coordination for baggage delivery through Hajj campaigns.
Many pilgrims shared glowing feedback about their experiences, describing this year’s Hajj as smooth, well-organized, and spiritually enriching.

Pilgrims such as Dari Al-Arada, Thamer Al-Baghli, and Falah Al-Mutairi praised both the Saudi and Kuwaiti efforts, noting the rituals — from stoning the Jamarat to the Tawaf — were performed with exceptional ease.

Some called this Hajj easier than Umrah, with many highlighting the professionalism of Saudi security forces and Hajj organizers.

Women pilgrims, including Umm Fahd Al-Enezi, Maha Al-Anzi, and Umm Muhammad, echoed the same sentiments, commending the seamless procedures and expressing amazement at the level of comfort and support provided throughout the pilgrimage.

Special gestures like flowers and gifts from volunteers, as well as the efficient coordination to deliver pilgrims’ luggage to their homes, added to the warm and organized reception.

A group of 30 early-returning pilgrims also shared their appreciation for the smooth journey and efforts of both Saudi and Kuwaiti authorities. The overall sentiment was one of immense satisfaction, spiritual fulfillment, and deep appreciation for the care extended to the Guests of God.
